The production process
A repeatable, client-ready workflow
One of the most valuable things the masterclass teaches is a consistent, repeatable process. Clients trust producers who can explain exactly what will happen, when, and what they need to provide.

Receive and review source material
The client supplies their raw knowledge: interview transcripts, notes, slide decks, existing drafts. You review and organise this material — never inventing or supplementing it with material they have not approved.
Define audience and outcomes with the client
Before writing starts, you agree on who the course or e-book is for, what it will help them do, and what the finished product needs to contain. This scope document protects both you and the client.
Build and present the outline
From the reviewed source material and the agreed scope, you build a structured outline — module by module, chapter by chapter. The client reviews and approves before drafting begins.
Draft lessons or chapters with AI assistance
Working from the approved outline and source material, you draft each section. AI tools help with pacing and language, but you stay within the scope of what the client has provided.
Edit and prepare supporting materials
You edit the drafts for clarity, consistency, and accessibility — then prepare accompanying worksheets, reference lists, and formatted supplements.
Expert review and sign-off
The client — the subject-matter expert — reviews all content for factual accuracy and signs off before anything is finalised. This step is non-negotiable: the client is responsible for what is published.
Format and deliver the finished package
You format the approved content for the delivery platform — course upload or PDF e-book — and hand over a complete, organised production package with all supporting files.
Why the client always owns the expertise
The production-support model is clear about roles: you supply the structure, organisation, drafting, and formatting — the client supplies the subject knowledge and approves every factual claim before publication. This protects you from being asked to invent expertise you do not have, and it protects the client from having inaccuracies published in their name.
This is a genuine professional boundary the masterclass reinforces throughout. Presenting yourself as the expert, or publishing content the client has not approved, is not part of this service model.
